DJ Ilko, has been a name in the music industry for almost 2 decades, creator of the distinguished funky live band Tri O Five. His DJ career launches in the early 1990’s, and he soon secures residencies in some of the most notable Bulgarian clubs. Nowadays, he is considered one of the most consistent and influential DJ’s, producers, and remix artists on the Bulgarian underground scene. His skills have taken him on tour around Bulgaria’s most well-known clubs, as well as to countries such as Monaco, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Macedonia, Albania, Greece, Serbia, Georgia, Russia, and others.

More recently, his focus has shifted to running Sofia’s new house club – Wake Up – and to co-creating and growing the musical brand of the newest underground festival in Bulgaria – Sozopol Fest.

DJ Ilko is one of the originators and most passionate proponents of the Deep, Soulful, and Afro house culture in Bulgaria. His live DJ sets are inspired by deep and soulful house music and masterfully layered with funk and disco elements.
